One of our showcase units will be our popular ‘D’ Turfcare System. This 1500mm (60”) wide mounted unit fits the bill perfectly for clubs and organisations looking for an affordable, robust method of maintaining their turf, using interchangeable tools.
The system has proved to be very popular with customers who are responsible for football pitches and grassed race tracks, golf courses and with equestrians who use the ’D’ on their paddocks.
The Main System Frame (DMF) comes with three point linkage as standard but other categories can be supplied on request. The frame, (essential for use with the attachments) has a top tray to which weight can be added to achieve greater penetration, as well as a floating roller which will push back any divots created by the work of the other attachments. The scraper bar at the back of the roller helps keep it clear of mud and other debris.
There are several attachments that are designed to be used with the system; a Hollow Tine Corer (DHTC), the De-Thatching Rake (DDTC), the Deep Aerator (DAM), and two types of slitter attachment; the original Deep Mounted Slitter (DSM) and the Deep Mounted Slitter with Replaceable Tines (DSM2)
