eibe supports good cause

The Bexleigh, Hythe and Abbey Residents Association (BHA) has worked day and night to help fund the Bexhill Road Play Area as a fitting tribute to the memory of the Secretary’s daughter.

“Sophie’s Place” officially opened in February and is a joyous playspace that will bring happiness to local children for many years to come.

Working in conjunction with Laura Beerling and Clive Read at Hastings Borough Council, the eibe team were delighted to assist in completing the journey that began some four years earlier.

The £57,000 scheme is packed with exciting play equipment and is easily found opposite the Wyevale Garden Centre in St Leonards, East Sussex.

The play area features a paradiso Ema Climbing Tree, some Sand Play items, a Mound Slide, as well as Toddler Swings and Nest Swings.
