GRASS SHREDDER FOR COMPACT TRACTORS
A new grass shredder for compact tractors was one of the developments revealed by Kuhn at IOG Saltex 2012 as the company continues to extend its specialist Amenity Pro landscape maintenance range.
The BE hammer-knife shredder range includes four different sized models, from 1.4m to 2.00m working widths, suitable for compact tractors from 31 to 51 horsepower. Machines can be front or rear-mounted, and are available with the option of a fixed frame or with either mechanical or hydraulic offset.
Height adjustable operation is governed by the position of a 160mm diameter roller that is located close to the rotor for excellent ground following and a precise cut.
