Jumping mat
– Extremely durable jumping mat made from special, environmentally friendly and of recycled rubber segments with a fabric under layer
– Robustly linked by firm wire rope with high-quality coating (ropes placed at 4.50 cm all around)
– Neutral colour, black
Spring suspension
– Depending on trampoline size, up to 174 specially made steel springs (high-quality hot-dip galvanised coating, not electro zinc plated), providing unfaltering draught pressure for many years
– Secure spring covers made from robust recycled rubber, all the way into the jumping area
– Springs are evenly spread around the edge to account for the shape and applied force
Fall protection panels
– Durable, high-quality and shock-absorbent fall protection
– Complies with the requirements of EN 1176 up to a fall height of 1.50 m
– Special 2-component glue, applied to the whole area, for a permanent and secure hold
– colour: red brown (black or graffiti on request)
Frame construction
– Complete steel panel frame with reinforced corners and extra-strong galvanised coating
– Long life construction for permanent installation, even in damp soil
– Secure and stable suspension solution for the entire spring assembly
– Highly durable abrasion protection on the contact areas below the frame
Installation equipment for dig-in frames
– Compact, additional frame construction for dig-in installations made from completely hot-dip galvanised steel panels
– No concrete works required, therefore no multiple deliveries and setting times
– Stable and permanent connection with the trampoline
Maintenance

– Entire area below trampoline can be accessed for cleaning by opening the trampoline or lifting it out
