Another stunning looking project that was only completed and opened successfully, by using GftK's vdw 850+ from NCC Streetscape Ltd, this time it was specified for the landscaping works as part of the redevelopment and scheduled opening of the prestige George & Dragon Pub in Dartmouth, Devon.
Despite almost continuous rain and gale force winds the black limestone and granite sett paving was able to be completed and successfully jointed using GftK's vdw 850+, safely in time for the scheduled VIP Reception and Opening Night in mid-November.
Paul McGeary the Managing Director of Main Contractor, Building & Design Services Ltd, said: "With any other paving grout system this would have been impossible and a disaster for everybody because of the terrible weather.
"Without NCC Streetscape's advice and the vdw 850+ Jointing Mortar, this flagship Gastro-Pub redevelopment by Heavitree Brewery PLC would also never have been finished and open for their important trading month running up to Christmas and New Year."
