McConnel have given UK customers their first look at the PA7775T at LAMMA.
Featuring 7.7m reach, a telescopic arm with a 1.35m extension, and 75hp high-performance hydraulics, the machine is the first incarnation of a complete new series designed for professional contractors.
Among the key new features of the machine is an innovative new high-efficiency oil tank and cooling system, which deliver an outstanding de-aeration performance; ensure a very low overall flow velocity; and eliminates areas in the tank where resting oil can concentrate.
This improves efficiency, performance and durability; ensures consistent cooling in all weather conditions; and reduces heat build-up. Other key upgrades include:
- An automated hydraulic reversing fan
- Soft-start electric rotor control for enhanced durability
- New modern styling with a one-piece full-width bumper bar
- Easy access cover for service and maintenance
- Cab protection as standard
- LED road lighting with integrated protection
- High-visibility strobe working lights.
The new machine also offers a suite of advanced features including: a choice of advanced control systems; McConnel’s famous Easy Drive System which eases fatigue, boosts comfort and increases working speeds by up to 4.5 times the norm; the most stable and secure mounting systems in the industry; and an unrivalled choice of cutting heads and attachments.
Precision-engineered from super-strength Strenx (Domex) steel, the PA7775T is latest addition to McConnel’s award-winning fleet of Power Arms and is designed for large-scale contractors and busy professional contractors.
The machine will be officially launched later in the year.
