Property Care Association wins medal at Chelsea Flower Show

The Property Care Association (PCA) has been awarded a Silver Gilt Medal at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

‘The Enemy Within – Managing Invasive Plants’ stand is a showcase of non-native plants that are currently thriving in the UK, causing damage to property and the natural environment.

Constructed by The Knotweed Experts – members of the PCA and the UK’s leading specialist in identification and removal of Japanese Knotweed – the stand is temporary home to some of the most notorious invasive plants such as Ground Elder, Giant Hogweed and Japanese Knotweed.

The construction and planting of the stand was only made possible by having special licences in place for the introduction and handling of the plants in the RHS Chelsea Grand Pavilion.
