SyncroSteer technology, with a steering wheel as opposed to lap bars, means
that anyone who can drive will be able to operate these machines.
Dual hydrostatic transmission controls all four wheels and minimises turf
damage when executing tight turns. This is an exclusive offering to the
professional sector and the combination can reduce mowing time by up to 10%
compared to lap bar steered machinery.
It is the ability to
control all four wheels with the steering wheel and steerable front wheels that
sets the Pro Z Series apart from other zero turn models on the professional
market. It also ensures greater stability on hillsides with gradients
up to 20 degrees, enhanced traction on uneven terrain plus the ability to
mow in straighter lines.
The Pro Z series
will power through the thickest grass in one pass at a maximum speed of up to
12mph. High lift Marbain blades with a blade tip speed of up to 18,500
fpm plus a 3” total blade overlap produces a consistently tight cut. The
frame and axle on the PRO Z5 and Z7 ‘float’ as the machine moves, ensuring the
deck follows the contours of the terrain and avoiding scalping.
Commercial
grade petrol engines from Kholer and Kawasaki, rather than diesel, provide the
consistent power you need to get the job done and maximise your work day –
reducing the downtime which could cost you both time and money. The petrol
engines benefit from having lower emissions and reduced fuel usage.
From
frame to yoke, every part of the PRO Z is designed to cope with the serious
rigours of prolonged commercial mowing. The cutting deck is
manufactured from triple-7-gauge steel and is the only model on the UK market
using this material, which has been selected by Cub Cadet to withstand your
