returned to SALTEX with three of its most popular subcompact tractors.
Known for
their simplicity and practicality, the T194, T293 and T393 are compact
workhorses, effective at getting the job done and a worthy addition to a
grounds fleet.
The T194
is designed as an alternative to the ride-on lawn mower. Powered by a 19hp
Yanmar three-cylinder diesel engine, it’s a good choice for landscape
contractors, for example, who want the compact size and agility of a mower, but
with the additional features and practicality of a small tractor.
Equipped
with a 54-inch mid-mounted deck, it has cutting heights from one to four inches
and can be specified with a front loader and numerous rear-mounted attachments
for sweeping and aerating making it a true all-season nimble machine.
With a
winning mix of power and performance, the T293 brings a light touch but with
enough power to get the job done. It’s easy to operate, offers maximum fuel
efficiency and makes easy work of maintenance chores, light and large-scale
mowing – perfect for the multi-tasking estate manager.
The T393
has proved to be hugely popular with groundsmen. Powered by a 39hp Yanmar
engine and bridging the gap from the compact utility range and the mid-duty
range. It puts productivity at the fore of its design with the highest lift
capabilities in its class at 1200kg and one of the highest hydraulic flow rates
with a maximum output of 42 litres per minute, making it suitable for a wide
range of hydraulically driven attachments.
