From the Takeuchi 3-Series comes the new Takeuchi TB325R short tail mini excavator in the towable weight class.
The new model offers a powerful yet legally towable option – compact in size with reduced tail swing.
Available in both cab and canopy the TB325R comfortably works within towing restrictions; weighing-in at just under 2440kg cab or 2310kg canopy, there is plenty of room for attachments and materials on the trailer.
Maximum productivity is guaranteed, the TB325R comes with 16.5kW of power, 19.3kN of digging force and breakout of 11.3kN; far more powerful than other mini excavators in this weight class along with digging depth to 2540mm and ground reach to 4350mm.
The TB325R has a compact 1500x1890mm machine footprint combined with a short tail radius of 8825mm and overhang of just 70mm when 90 degrees to the track, this provides maximum access in limited working spaces.
TB325R features joystick proportional control. The thumb operated slider on the joystick gives maximum precise variable hydraulic control, ideal for auxiliary attachments. This feature is common on larger excavators and now Takeuchi have added this popular feature to the towable range.
A machine designed for maximum all-round operating visibility critical for utilities work; includes excellent footwell visibility and no obstructions on the offside window. LED work zone lights as standard positioned on the cab and boom provide maximum visibility in darker working environments.
For added asset protection the TB325R has fully lockable service panels and comes with the TSS Takeuchi Security System fitted as standard with the TFM Takeuchi Fleet management available as an option.
