Grillo Agrigarden chose SALTEX 2021 at NEC Birmingham to showcase its latest machine – the FD 500 – which completes the manufacturer’s range of diesel cut and collect models.
Powered by a 3-cylinder Kubota engine producing 17.7hp, the FD 500 has a fuel capacity of 6.7ltrs.
Hydro 2-wheel drive with pedal operated forward and reverse plus diff-lock and an extremely small turning radius makes this an interesting small commercial machine.
The 700-ltr collector can be raised with automatic opening for easy discharge into a truck or trailer.
The high performance 113cm cutter deck leaves an immaculate finish on all surfaces with a continuously variable height of cut which is controlled from the seat
The operator’s platform can be tilted up for easy maintenance work to the cutter deck.
