Built to the same exceptional standards as the rest of the Müthing range, the mower features a purpose-designed hood in conjunction with high rotor and cutting speeds and a removable shredding bar which spreads the shredded material evenly behind the roller giving an excellent mulching and shredding quality.
The deck is made from high quality steel QST/S for front-mounting to professional front mowers with two-point linkage parts for mounting to the original mower deck linkage and designed for high lifting to clear kerbs.
Ideal for demanding highways and verge work, the MU-FM has an extra wear plate inside the hood which can easily be replaced if it gets damaged by debris in the grass.
Its front castor wheel assembly offers cut height adjustment for the varying conditions throughout the season, while the spiral rotor design reduces fuel consumption.
M-Carbide flails are fitted with the plane and cutting edge made from carbide steel to ensure long life clean cut and maximum shredding using less power. A self-cleaning roller with well-rounded edges preserves turf and soil quality.
The FM comes in a choice of widths, 1.4 and 1.6m, with the former popular for contractors who wish to transport the outfit in a plant trailer.
