In addition the evaporative emissions performance is improved by up to 51% compared to engines which do not feature the EcoPlus™ emissions reduction components, as a result of enhancements to fuel tanks walls, fuel lines, gaskets and seals and the new EcoPlus™ anti-venting petrol cap.
