As one of the longest-standing exhibitors at SALTEX, SISIS is looking forward to attending the 77th edition of the show.
For over 90 years SISIS has been designing and manufacturing a range of professional groundcare equipment which is ideal for the maintenance of sports and amenity turf and artificial playing surfaces.
Visitors to stand E070 will also be able to view a range of Syn-Pro by SISIS products
This year, the great line-up of SISIS products includes:
Auto Rotorake Mk.5 – The SISIS Auto Rotorake Mk. 5 - a self-propelled lightweight and easy to manoeuvre scarifier for removal and control of thatch on fine and other quality turf. Its contra-rotating reel has specially designed tipped blades for a clean, consistent cut and maximum thatch removal to reduce the risk of disease, encourage healthier growth and ‘true’ surface.
Quadraplay - The multi-functional SISIS Quadraplay single pass maintenance system is perfect for busy groundspersons as it incorporates a mounted frame for up to four implements such as grooming rakes, spikers, slitters, rollers and brushes. The implements are fitted to the mainframe and can be independently adjusted to achieve the desired effect. Compact, robust, versatile and with the ability to carry out up to four operations simultaneously - the Quadraplay makes life a lot easier for many groundspersons.
1.2m Multitiner - Simple design with low maintenance, the 1.2m Multitiner is a drum type tractor mounted aerator for use on fine turf surfaces and sports fields and is well suited to performing a range of various aeration methods such as solid, chisel and hollow tining. Fast and effective, this aerator has a maximum depth of 100mm and will leave minimal surface disturbance.
TM1000 - The SISIS Rotorake TM1000 is a tractor-mounted scarifier and linear aerator and is unrivalled when it comes to removing and controlling thatch. It includes a collector box and floating unit to follow ground contours and its contra-rotating reel throws debris forward ensuring a clean, consistent groove resulting in an excellent finish. The TM1000 also features interchangeable blades and a quick, simple depth setting without tools.
SISIS’ experienced and knowledgeable members of staff will also be on hand throughout the two days to offer valuable advice about turf maintenance programmes.
Meanwhile, Syn-Pro by SISIS is a range of synthetic turf maintenance equipment, ideal for sand-dressed, sand-filled, irrigated and rubber crumb 3G/4G surfaces. They are used around the world for routine and aggressive brushing, grooming, decompaction, infill distribution and debris collection of synthetic playing surfaces.
Here is a snapshot of some of the Syn-Pro products that will be on the stand.
Osca3 - The Osca is a tractor mounted powered oscillating brush with a 1.9 meter working width and is equally effective when used on synthetic turf with sand or rubber infill. The two oscillating brushes stand the carpet fibres up and redistributes the infill evenly, minimising compaction on the surface and improving its performance - giving consistent playing characteristics while preventing pile damage caused by reduced infill levels.
SSS1000 sweeper - The SISIS SSS1000 is a towed sweeper which can be pulled by any vehicle. There are no tools required for the adjustment of the brush or the angle of the draw bar and to make storage easy the draw bar lifts to an upright position. With an aluminium hopper with stainless steel mesh, any infill that is collected when using the machine is returned back down to the surface leaving it free from contamination of debris.
Twinplay with Flexicomb and Brush - The SISIS Twinplay single pass maintenance system is perfect for busy groundspersons as it incorporates a mounted frame for two implements such as grooming rakes and brushes. The implements are fitted to the mainframe in any order and can be independently adjusted to achieve the desired effect. Compact, robust and versatile - the Twinplay makes life a lot easier for many groundspersons.
A popular combination for the Twinplay is the Flexicomb and Brush. The Flexicomb ensures even distribution of infill materials and lifts the pile. The adjustable setting ensures the effect of a rake, but with the softness of a brush, reducing the risk of damage to the fibres. The bristle sections are replaceable and the Flexicomb is designed for a long working life with minimal maintenance. For greater results, users can attach the Brush with the Flexicomb which helps to even out the rubber crumb.
The Syn-Pro SISIS staff will be available throughout the two days to answer any synthetic pitch maintenance queries visitors may have.
