Glendale Horticulture will launch its new Plant Showcase at its Coblands Plant Centre in Sevenoaks, Kent on Tuesday 25th April from 8am – 1pm.
Glendale Horticulture produces over 18 million plants per year across its nurseries in Kent, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Lancashire, with access to millions more and has supplied many show gardens over recent years, including the gold award winning ‘The Dogs Trust, A Dog’s Life’ garden at Hampton Court in 2016.
Garden designers and the trade are invited to the Plant Showcase Open Day where a selection of specimen plants will be on display; ideal for preparing show gardens or landscaping projects.
The Garden Design team will be on hand at the event to offer expert advice and help you select plants to compliment your garden. Come and join us, and discuss your project over a free coffee and a pastry.
Lewis Normand, Head of Garden Design, said: “We’re delighted to be launching our new Plant Showcase at our Plant Centre in Sevenoaks. Having recognised a need from our Garden Designer clients to hold a stock of interesting mid-sized shrubs that can be used to enliven a planting project, we’ve been developing a range of plants this winter. This space will prove to be endlessly useful to designers looking for that special something. There’s lots more to come too!”
Glendale Horticulture is committed to supplying Garden Designers and Landscape Architects with top quality plants through its dedicated service. The Garden Design Sales Department is available for designers across the UK to discuss plant requirements, offer support and advice on plant options, and to cost and supply projects with a range of plants from tiny bulbs to mature trees.
The team work closely with their clients to realise their expectation for these projects and offer dedicated support throughout the process from the point of first discussion to delivery and even aftercare guidance.
Lewis has significant experience in the field of garden design and horticulture having practised as a designer with his own business as well as designing for a number of other companies, lectured at college and university, and worked on a number of nurseries and award winning garden centres over the past 20 years. He welcomes your questions and price requests.
