This is an ideal tool for the amenity rental, local authority and landscape contractor sectors. Designed to achieve both a clean and crisp finish, up to 7.6cm/3" in depth there are independent controls for the throttle, blade engagement and depth of cut.
The fixed cutter blade is stronger with less moving parts to ensure easy maintenance. The two shielded bearings create a more durable and cooler running cutter head. The 25cm/10" steel blade is sharpened on all four sides allowing the end user to utilise the ability to flip the blade over and extend time between sharpening.
All the Pro-Edger's wheels have steel hubs with ball bearings and full axles front and rear for both smoother and easier manoeuvrability. This unit is user friendly with fingertip controls to start and stop the blade, all from the operator position. A rachet arm height adjustment system is also employed to ensure fatigue-free operation and control.
The four-wheel Pro-Edger offers stability that eliminates the need for a kerb wheel. The twin v-belt drive provides extra power to the cutting blade whilst reducing slippage during application. The blade guard is 30% heavier to extend the life of the equipment and its belt guard keeps debris away and ensures user safety.
