A recent management re-structuring at KOMPAN Ltd has seen the appointment of a new and dynamic Senior Management Team focused on growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Milton Keynes-based, KOMPAN Ltd, one of the UK's leading outdoor playground and fitness equipment and indoor play and furnishing solutions' providers, has appointed a new Senior Management Team.

The Team, headed up by new Managing Director, Steve Sylvester, is responsible for raising the company's profile in key markets (e.g. Local Authorities, Town & Parish Councils, Schools & Nurseries, House Builders & Property Developers, Leisure and Tourist Attractions in England and Wales), and increasing KOMPAN's market share within them via organic growth and through securing "˜new' business.

A key component of KOMPAN's new business strategy is an emphasis on providing best-in- class customer service.

Mr Sylvester, who took up his position at KOMPAN in early February 2016, has over six year's senior management experience in the Play Sector.

His Team comprises four newly appointed senior managers: Mark Crawford (Commercial Leader); Nick Morris (Head of Installation); Deborah Chambers (Regional Sales Manager – North), and Steven Williams (Regional Sales Manager – South), along with, Chris Dixon (Education Sales Manager), who has been with KOMPAN since 2004.

The individual members of the Senior Management Team have a wealth of playground and customer relationship building expertise that has enabled KOMPAN to "˜hit the ground running'.
