MX UK Ltd has increased their range of loaders for compact tractors by adding the C4 and C4+ suitable for tractors in the 40 to 70hp bracket.
The MX Compact Tractor loader range now extends from 15 to 70hp. Easily attached and removed from the tractor both the MX C4 & C4+ feature the MACH system for quick hydraulic connection, automatic connection of implements and an indicator rod showing the position of a bucket or other attachment.
The C4+ also features a parallel linkage to keep the attachment in the same plane during lifting operations from dump to crowd. For improved, all-round visibility all MX Compact loaders also have fewer joints than a conventional mechanical parallelogram, a feature that reduces the number of wear points and extends working life.
The hydraulic circuit is fully integrated into the loader's arms for better protection and the robustness of MX Compact range is improved by the addition of double braid in all hoses subject to high pressure peaks. The harness is covered in polyurethane, a material known for its strength.
The loader bracket frame is specifically designed for each make and model of tractor with the loader easily positioned within the bracket frame. The locking pin is simple and quick to use with a safety latch to ensure the locked pin cannot be accidentally released.
A major design feature of MX C4 & C4+ loaders is to keep the tractor loader very compact, while enabling easy dumping of material into trailers or simple pallet stacking. 45° ground crowding ensures maximum efficiency and that the implement is always correctly filled.
Many types of equipment further improve the versatility, comfort and safety of MX C4 & C4+ loaders. These include a Third Function, instant hydraulic connection of the loader to a MACH 2 enabled implement, SHOCK ELIMINATOR suspension, safety device on lifting and dumping (conforming with EN 12525 A2-2010) and the option of selecting a colour to match the tractor.
Without dismounting from the tractor, a presence detector ensures implements lock in position as soon as it is correctly installed on the carrier. It is unlocked simply, using an accessible lever on the left side of the implement enabling implement changes to be made quickly and easily.
A wide range of implements gives MX COMPACT loaders their highly versatile character: pick-up bucket, multipurpose bucket, 4-in-1 bucket, manure fork, pallet fork and carrier or MANUBAL are available often in several widths.
The new MX C series loaders will be on display at the Royal Welsh Show, Stand E 349, from July 18-21.
