TowerLight clean up at Plantworx
With over twenty personal demonstrations to interested parties completed during Plantworx, Tower Light is predicting another surge of sales of their Wash Rack in the coming months from rental outlets and builders merchants.

The Wash Rack has been designed to help thoroughly clean a line of plant and machinery whilst protecting the wider environment from contaminates commonly found on construction equipment.

It operates from recycled water and therefore alleviates the need to apply for a discharge licence aids the safe disposal of environmentally risky material.

The Wash Rack is fitted with a series of separation tanks that securely isolates diesel, petrol, oils, grease and other chemicals, making these hazardous contaminates ready for proper disposal.

The Wash Rack is quick to install, it dispenses with the need to seek planning permission and helps to ensure that a firm complies with environmental legislation. Currently, the only other option is to install a permanent tank, which often will need both Local Authority and landlord permission at it will invariably involve some ground excavation.

"With the Plantworx organisers actively promoting the "˜working' aspect of their show, we decided that this would be a great opportunity to demonstrate all the features and benefits of our Wash Rack product in operation," said Paul Hay, director of Tower Light's UK subsidiary. "This proved to be a wise decision on our behalf as we had keen interest in the Wash Rack right through the three days," added Paul.

Tower Light has already installed the Wash Rack for HSS, Brandon Hire, Travis Perkins, Speedy and similar organisations. The company has in their possession forward orders from a variety of hire firms that need to clean their plant and machinery on their own premises.

In addition to the Wash Rack, Tower Light used Plantworx to display their large range of environmentally sound lighting and dust prevention products. They also held meetings with many of their existing clients and as a result Tower Light anticipate that new orders with soon be forthcoming for their lighting sets and dust suppression units.

"All-in-all Plantworx was good for us; we were able to demonstrate almost the complete Tower Light range to our customers, whilst promoting our products to a wider market, who may not be familiar with our total line-up. Our participation at Plantworx helped us to keep in contact with our customers and in tune with industry trends. With the organisers claiming that nearly 12,000 visitors in total arrived at Plantworx over the three days, the opportunity was there to promote the Tower Light brand to a large number of representatives," concluded Paul.

Tower Light manufactures the world's largest range of specialist lighting towers and distributes them worldwide. Tower Light products are widely used in the UK and European construction and rental markets. In the UK, the Wash Rack is distributed by Milton Keynes based; Tower Light (UK) Ltd. Tower Light UK is based in Wymbush, Milton Keynes and is a wholly owned subsidiary of TowerLight SRL an established Italian company, based in Villanova d'Ardenghi, near Milan.
