Wellington College
in Berkshire has taken delivery of a new Seko machine from Harry West.
Head groundsman Mark
Dodds opted for the 9m3 Seko Green and Compost machine to help his team
maintain the grounds and sports facilities at the Reading-based college.
Harry West supplies
a range of Seko machines and the Green and Compost unit for a variety of tasks,
including chopping and mixing of branches and pruning.
Key benefits include
low noise levels, tailored design to meet individual requirements and it
reduces the volume of material. Other features are: augers and body built from
special hardwearing steel; mobile or static machines; and low running costs.
Wellington College
is set in 400 acres of beautiful parkland in leafy Berkshire, and enjoys a
“premier league” reputation as one of the best schools for sport in the UK.
In
recent years, college teams have achieved national renown and titles in hockey,
rugby, golf, shooting, triathlon, squash, equestrianism, cricket, rackets and
polo.
