Oregon's
revolutionary Gator SpeedLoad trimmer and brushcutter system has won an
Innovation Award at this year's SALTEX exhibition.
The company was
exhibiting its full range of equipment and solutions at the 2017 event and
secured the award for the cutting system that was introduced
earlier this year and has already proved successful and extremely popular with customers.
The Oregon Gator
SpeedLoad was designed to get lawn care professionals and homeowners back to
work quicker, increasing efficiency and ease of use.
Oregon’s integrated
head and disk line system simplifies the reloading of trimmer line because it
requires no winding or spooling, reducing both frustration and replacement time
to less than 20 seconds.
Longer-lasting and
two times stronger than its competitors, Oregon Gator SpeedLoad’s innovative
tongue-and-groove line comes pre-wound in small, self-contained discs for
convenient transport, making it a fast, easy-to-use replacement solution.
The Oregon Gator
SpeedLoad cutting system has three models which, combined, fit over 95% of
petrol-driven trimmers and brushcutters, and is available at authorised Oregon
dealers nationwide.
The innovation award
was presented to the Oregon team by Geoff Webb, chief executive of show
organisers the IOG, during the event.
