The new ISEKI the SF224 and SF235 are highly productive out-front rotary mower collectors and designed for cutting and collecting grass in numerous applications - particularly in difficult areas.
The models are offered with 22 hp or 32.5 hp ISEKI diesel engines and either 54” (1370 mm) or 60” (1525 mm) wide decks respectively. The mowers are equipped with easy to use two-pedal hydrostatic transmission and automatic or selectable 4WD. There is also a lockable differential for use when conditions demand. To ensure efficient engine cooling the radiator is fitted with an automatic reversing fan so preventing the blockage of the grill.
The new collector, with a class leading capacity of 950 litres, is turbine driven providing uninterrupted high-performance grass transition into the collector, so ensuring excellent collection of long or short grass in wet or dry conditions adding a degree of compaction. The internal reciprocating grass-shoot maximises the filling, so increasing productivity. The collector can tip the cut grass at any height up to 2125 mm allowing easy emptying into waste skips, trucks beds or bins.
Operators are well catered for with a spacious, comfortable platform, ergonomic controls and excellent visibility. The steering column is easily adjusted to suit the operator.
The new 60” (1525 mm) deck is shaft driven, so no belts to replace, with timed overlapping swing tip blades to ensure that no grass is left uncut even when undertaking tight turns. The cutting height can be adjusted, without tools, using a single point height adjustment lever. The adjustment range is from 20mm to 125mm in 5mm or 10mm increments as required. Both sizes of decks may be fitted with a mulching plate should it be required. To enable easy access to the underside of the decks for maintenance and cleaning they can be flipped up at 65 degrees.
Routine maintenance and servicing is easily carried out thanks to excellent access to the engine, radiator and service points.
