Metal railings and gates manufacturer Alpha Rail has been appointed to manufacture, supply and install metal estate rail for a housing development in Derbyshire called Deer Park.
Located in what was known as the Butterley Estate, Deer Park is an entirely private housing development built on a former medieval hunting park.
The estate railing was installed to the exterior of the newly built homes to provide a perimeter boundary, whilst retaining an open and spacious feel.
Commenting on the project on behalf of BW Homes and Construction Ltd, Quantity Surveyor James Hassan said “At Deer Park, we’ve designed a collection of beautiful houses to suit a range of buyers, from professional couples to growing families and downsizers. Built on a site dating back to Medieval times, we were keen to retain some traditional features and the estate railing Alpha Rail has installed for us, has helped us meet the brief perfectly.”

Deer Park is a development of thirty 3 & 4 bedroom, semi-detached homes which carefully combine modern living with traditional features.
