Fleet Line Markers Ltd launched a whole new innovation in line marking at SALTEX 2018.
Fleet showcased the Cog Drum and the Cog Line Markers, a whole new approach in line marking. It is not only environmentally friendly but eliminates paint wastage.
Rather than recycling, the Cog Line Marking System re-uses its bespoke drums (Cogs), which can be used time after time saving money and saving the planet. At the end of their re-usable life they are then recycled into new Cogs.
The company also demonstrated the Kombi Klamp Docking Station and the Flozle Nozzle Cleaning System, which are both fresh from winning the Paris Innovation Awards last month.
The Kombi Klamp Docking Station is an easy to use system to safely and easily transport your Kombi, BeamRider or MAQA Line Marking Machines. The Klamp is supplied with built in extendable ramps to suit most vehicles.
Once the machine is parked on the Klamp our unique clamping system holds the machine securely in place and the extendable ramps simply slide underneath for storage.
The Flozle Nozzle System is a spray head that automatically cleans the nozzle after every line marked. This unique patented system can keep the line marking tip clear at all times.
In addition, the latest MAQA release was on show, the only UK manufactured and designed satellite guided line marker available in the UK.
Fourteen years ago Fleet created the laser guided line marker, BeamRider, which is still the most accurate line marker available anywhere in the world, and the latest model was exhibited at NEC Birmingham.
In the 1990’s, Fleet designed and manufactured the first ride-on line marker on a utility vehicle. This has now progressed into an electric ride-on dedicated line marker.
And 2018 has seen Fleet Line Markers Ltd recognised by the Low Carbon Opportunities Program in Sustainability.
The company has been awarded a substantial grant in order to continue to achieve Fleet’s goals of significantly reducing the carbon footprint of the line marking industry.
