decking from international flooring brand, Havwoods.
Offering
two different shades in two different widths, the new decking is a truly unique
concept that works well for creating stunning outdoor spaces in both commercial
and residential settings.
Both
the Trekker Anthracite Grooved and Trekker Vulcan Grooved decking are now
available in two varying widths of 138mm and 183mm, offering an unprecedented
level of flexibility in outdoor design. Manufactured in Europe in a
state-of-the-art, environmentally aware facility, Trekker is formed entirely
from FSC Hardwood fibres and Virgin Polymer.
The
mixed width collection is offered in a grooved plank with a square edge, which
is treated with a UV finish for fade resistance, making it ideal for sunny
terraces. The planks are also effortlessly easy to clean and maintain: all you
need is plain water.
Havwoods has also introduced new decking
clips to its collection, suitable for use only with the new mixed width
decking. Customers will be provided with 25 clips per square metre free of
charge upon purchasing the decking.
Perfect
for zoning, the mixed width decking is ideal for designing distinct zones for
decking areas in the same colour while creating a different effect.
Alternatively, the widths can be mixed together to form a unique, interesting
result that is individual and stylish.
Havwoods’ composite decking is the modern
alternative to timber decking, with the advantage that it does not rot or warp
and is virtually maintenance free. In addition, it is denser, harder and
heavier than wood alone, which means there is no danger of splinters, and it is
anti-slip even in wet conditions. With no health and safety issues, this makes
