Trimax
has launched a new product support van.
The
van will assist the manufcaturer’s dealer network with in-field queries to
ensure customers get the most from their machines, for the life of their
machines.
In
addition to providing technical support, Trimax staff will be advising
customers on the importance of using genuine parts.
Stocked
with both genuine and examples of non-genuine parts, customers can identify the
differences first hand and gain a deeper understanding of how they may impact
their machine.
Most
importantly, the product support van will allow Trimax more time in the field
with customers to further understand how the company’s machines are being used
so it can continue to design purposeful innovations which solve customer
problems.
