Wiedenmann UK’s Whisper Twister has earned a fierce reputation for its reliability and performance.
As its name suggests, its trailblazing patented whisper turbine allows operation in low noise places like schools, hospitals, and residential areas. Another patented mechanism, its twisting prowess, means it can be swivelled steadily by 180º with only one hydraulic cylinder. Litter or leaves can be blown continuously in one direction without the need to back up, the swivel nozzle working from left to right as appropriate.
When it comes to ‘puff’, an enviable 200 m³ per minute blow capacity makes it literally a force to be reckoned with. Up and down adjustments can be made to its nozzle, tailoring its air stream to suit the prevailing conditions.
Since its launch additional hydraulic and front mounted options heave been added, together with an invaluable goose neck spout, ensuring the Whisper Twister remains the class-leading performer in its field.

“We’d be lost without ours. From October to December, its out every day of the week on leaf clearance duty. Our course is lined with beech and oak trees so there’s plenty of work.
One of the team on our small tractor blows the leaves into lines and our collector follows behind.
“It literally has dozens of uses; we use it to dry off the fairways or tee boxes, it helps all year round with presentation and tidying and of course, when we’ve had storms, it’s come into its own.”
