The GMA’s NextGen team is inviting applications for a new member to join the group - a collective of emerging professionals who champion the future of grounds management.
NextGen brings together proactive, passionate individuals who want to help raise the profile of the profession and contribute to shaping the industry's long-term development.
Their mission is to attract and engage young people, including those still in school and those at the start of their careers, by showcasing the diverse and rewarding career opportunities available in grounds management.
This is a unique opportunity for a rising talent to gain first-hand experience of industry initiatives and play a meaningful role in inspiring the next generation of grounds staff.
