Amazone has introduced a new model in its ride-on mower range.
The ProfiMower is designed for cut and drop operations and the finely shredded cuttings are deposited directly on the surface acting as a natural mulch layer.
The basis for the machine is the Profihopper 1500: a self-propelled tool carrier with hydrostatic all-wheel drive and compact turning circle.
Powered by a Yanmar four-cylinder 45.5hp diesel engine, the ProfiMower has a transport speed of up to 20km/h while the 55-litre fuel tank enables all-day working without refuelling stops.
The ProfiMower can be equipped with the familiar SmartCut fine flail cutting deck or the new 1.8m cut BladeCut rotary mowing deck.
Mowing blades on the BladeCut rotate at high speed and cut the grass precisely. The combination of high mowing speed and optimum distribution of the cuttings minimises fuel consumption and optimises the cost-effectiveness of the implement, says Amazone.
With a working width of around 1.50 metres, the SmartCut fine flail cutting deck enables efficient mowing of large areas.
The ProfiMower also features an integrated load platform at the rear of the machine ideal for transport of transport of tools, seed, safety barriers or maintenance accessories.
