BRCK Group PLC has entered into an agreement to acquire H.S. Jackson & Son (Fencing) Limited, known as Jacksons, in a deal worth over £20 million.
Jacksons is a premium fencing, gates and perimeter security specialist, designing, manufacturing and installing timber and steel fencing systems for infrastructure, commercial and residential markets.
The acquisition marks a further step in BRCK Group's ongoing diversification strategy, broadening its product and service offering across the construction, infrastructure, commercial and residential sectors.

Founded in 1947, Jacksons is a long-established family business headquartered in Ashford, Kent, with further sites near Bath and Chester, and its Autogate Systems business based in Bolton.
Jacksons serves a wide range of end markets, including critical national infrastructure, schools, government-backed projects, commercial developments and premium residential schemes. With annual sales of more than £40 million, Jacksons expands BRCK Group's reach into a wider range of specialist markets and adds significant manufacturing capability to the Group.
Jacksons' timber fencing is produced using its proprietary Jakcure process and carries a 25-year guarantee against rot and insect attack, while its steel fencing is backed by a 25-year service life guarantee. The company also provides acoustic barriers and access control solutions, strengthening its position in the specialist fencing and perimeter security market.
The acquisition is expected to complete on or around 30 June 2026 and to be earnings enhancing in the first full year following completion. Peter Jackson will remain with the business as Managing Director.
