To strengthen its expertise in this growing sector, Naturespace recently hosted a specialist BNG CPD Day for its franchise network, working alongside the Trustgreen Ecological Team to develop a deeper understanding of habitat management requirements and best practice techniques.
The training covered ponds and wetlands, grassland habitats, scrub environments and woodland areas.
With increasing numbers of BNG sites being brought forward across the UK, demand is growing for contractors and land management specialists who understand both traditional grounds maintenance and biodiversity-focused habitat management.
