Kioti UK made their APSE debut during March at the APSE Parks Seminar 2020 at the Telford Hotel and Golf resort.
The seminar was well attended by representatives from various Local authorities. There was a good level of interest shown in the Kioti tractor products and the new LM Trac multiuse vehicles that are also now handled by Kioti UK.
Representing Kioti UK and answering customer enquiries were Patrick Desmond General Manager and Theo van Eijden the LM Trac product specialist.
On display was the LM Trac 286 complete with a mechanical weed brush. The LM Trac is produced in Finland specifically for Contractors and Local authorities looking for an agile and versatile unit to use all the year round.
The drive unit can be equipped with multiple tools including but, not limited to, flail mowers, rotary mowers, mechanical weed and sweeper brushes, winter maintenance equipment.
The unit is driven by a 40hp stage 3A diesel engine. Stage V engines are available later 2020 and an environmental electric drive unit will be available during 2021.
The air-conditioned operator cabin is of the highest standard for safety, comfort and efficiency. All day working is not a problem.
The unit is driven by strong Hydrostatic transmission, and a separate 47 litres /min of oil are available for the auxiliary hydraulics to drive the front attachments.
The attachments can be exchanged in moments as connection is made by a simple A frame mounting.
