Following completion of its acquisition of ISS Landscaping on 1st June, Tivoli (Tivoli Group Limited) has launched and begun trading.
Tivoli Group Limited is owned by private individuals as part of the Sullivan Street Partners portfolio of companies. Sullivan Street Partners also manage Orbis Protect, a leading vacant property security business and take active roles in their businesses.
As a well-funded independent business, Tivoli will cement its place as the UK’s leading specialist grounds maintenance provider.
The strategy is to continue to self-deliver grounds maintenance, landscape construction, arboriculture, winter maintenance and interior plants and floristry services to its public sector, defence and corporate clients across the UK. Investments are being made in improved systems and processes to enable Tivoli to grow and build on the success it has achieved over the past thirty years.
Underpinned by its values of innovation, passion and accountability, Tivoli’s purpose will be to deliver beautifully managed spaces, improve the environment and manage all forms of growth on behalf of its clients.
Tivoli’s evolution will be supported by its regional teams of 1500 staff, all of whom share its passion to improve the appeal of public and private spaces for the local communities in which it works.
In a representation of Tivoli’s commitment to effective delivery and to sustainable best practice, the new branding depicts a bee (a symbol of productivity and sustainability) within a flower (representing harmony and the environment). Tivoli’s message is positive, yet simple, and focuses on the importance of preserving and looking after the environment, something that its nationwide teams have become renowned for.
