Tillers Turf opens its doors in Lincolnshire on June 23 to show how easy it is to create an instant wildflower meadow.
The company's range of wildflower turf has been developed to overcome the problems of establishing wildflower meadows from seed.
Celebrity guest Katie Rushworth from ITV's Love Your Garden will be showing how pollinators benefit from wildflowers, and offering tips on how wildflowers can fit into the design of a modern garden. And SuDS expert, Bob Bray, will explain how wildflower turf can increase biodiversity and reduce erosion in sustainable drainage schemes.
Specialist Turf Production Manager at Tillers Turf, Richard Owens, will lead a tour of the wildflower nurseries to demonstrate the different mixtures under production.
Owens said: "We want the event to be a useful and informative day to help contractors and specifiers achieve success with wildflower plantings."
