Soil Harmony appoints GeoGrass Ltd as first specialist distributor
Owners of the Soil Harmony range of biodynamic turf treatments, Ilex EnviroSciences Ltd and specialist amenity suppliers GeoGrass Ltd are pleased to announce the signing of their first distribution partnership for the Soil Harmony brand.

Since its launch in 2007, the Soil Harmony turf health system has been adopted by some of the UK's top sporting venues.

Soil Harmony products are a fusion of high efficacy organics, natural plant substances and mineral nutrients. By working with the natural processes of the soil and plants they have proven to offer a progressive, efficient and cost effective turf management approach.

Tom Forrest, Director of Geograss Ltd said, "Playing our part in introducing the use of a more scientific and ecological approach to turf health is an exciting prospect for us.

"With the support of the brand's founder and champion Mark Atkins and the rest of the team at Ilex EnviroSciences we will be looking to introduce our own client base to both the analytical techniques and tailored application programmes that have helped existing Soil Harmony users. We also aim to give a wider client base access to their biological and advanced nutrition products."

Murray Smedley, Managing Director of Ilex EnviroSciences Ltd said, "Our agreement with Geograss is the first step in our plans to widen the distribution and adoption of the Soil Harmony products. We are very pleased to have Geograss on board (in Scotland and the Borders). They share our ethos for service and responsiveness which is crucial to sales of the Soil Harmony system.

"Soil Harmony has already been adopted by professionals at the cutting edge of turf management and as the wider industry is now beginning to see the cost and performance benefits of working with both the soil and the plant, using both microbial and nutrition inputs, the increased availability of the Soil Harmony system will help this potentially significant shift in sustainable turf management."

Tom Forrest of Geograss will be available on the Soil Harmony stand (A59) on Tuesday 20 January along with Mark Atkins Amenity Manager at Soil Harmony and Managing Director Murray Smedley.
