Our project at Great Witley Quarter Green was sensational as we completely transformed an area of 698.5m2 into an artificial turf MUGA that shone across the whole community.
Artificial turf technological advancements mean that sports facilities are constantly developing, specifically with sports synthetic surfaces. We always use the most advanced products of the highest quality so that you know you get what you need from the surface. MUGAs are no exception! So we thought that we would show you how we transformed the Great Witley tennis court into a state-of-the-art MUGA.
Combining a range of sports which can be delivered onto one artificial grass surface is exactly what a MUGA is. These are mostly used for schools and leisure centres due to the limited space that these facilities have.
The Spec
We used the artificial grass type Evo Pro for the Great Witley MUGA. With 8 years warranty this sand dressed product is predominantly used for hockey however holds multiple surface properties so can be used for multi-sports including football, tennis, netball, athletics and basketball.
The Process
After a period of time, sports pitches become worn and look old, discoloured and virtually unattractive. If this is not properly addressed, player performance will decrease. This is why Great Witley opted for a MUGA.

A high performing sports facility to be proud of! Low maintenance, all weather proof fit for Great Witley!!
