Tree Services trust their Timberwolf wood chippers to more than meet the

Based in
Tealby near Market Rasen, Lincolnshire Tree Services’ clients are located
across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and Lancashire and range from
homeowners who require high quality, sensitive domestic tree surgery to
professional tree services, utility arboriculture and public sector
contracting.
“With
our base in the Lincolnshire Wolds, we often need to access some difficult
sites; from domestic gardens with narrow gateways to commercial sites with
hilly and rough terrain, our Timberwolf wood chippers can always get where they
are needed.” said Amy Prentice, Director of Lincolnshire Tree Services.

Established

Ease of
operation is another important feature, he points out, especially the
positioning of the in-feed controls on the hopper, making for easy access when
team members are loading branches into the wood chipper from either side.
“Our
Timberwolf TW 190TFTR fixed tracked machine can get into the most challenging
of sites – the fact that we have put 1500 hours on it shows how much we rely on
it,” said Ben. “For example, a recent site clearance contract entailed working
on a flood plain over a dyke, and we simply couldn’t have done without the
power and performance of our TW 190TFTR.”
For such
a busy operation, Timberwolf’s strong customer support network is essential,
with local dealer Chandlers (Farm Equipment) Ltd offering excellent service and
technical support. “If we need a part or advice, a quick call to Guy Ward at
Chandlers and it is sorted straight away,” said Amy. “Knowing we have the

our attention on our business and our clients.”
In 2016 Lincolnshire Tree Services were the lucky
recipients of a brand new TW 230DHB after winning Timberwolf’s ‘Win a Chipper’ prize draw.
“I
entered the competition on social media for a bit of fun, and we couldn’t
believe it when we won,” recalls Amy. “Our managing director still didn’t
believe it even when we collected the balloon-festooned TW 230DHB from
Timberwolf’s headquarters! We were absolutely delighted, as we had an older TW
150DHB that was coming towards the end of its life, so winning a brand new wood
chipper was perfect timing.”
