Launched earlier this year by Galloway Steel, the G-Rake is a Patent Pending Excavator Attachment for Soil Conditioning and Stone Raking.
The new, game-changing attachment for the Landscaping sector has had a resounding response so far, with sales, including repeat orders, in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
There has also been worldwide interest in the product following videos published on social media by Galloway Steel and the end users.
The G-Rake is available in three working widths of 1500mm, 1200mm and 900mm to suit Mini-Diggers ranging from 1.5 Tonne to 8 Tonne. The flexible design also allows for a range of hydraulic motor sizes to be fitted, ensuring you have the correct pressure and flow for your excavator.
The product features three main components, when combined together, dramatically reduces labour to save time and money:
- Front Rake – for separating larger stones prior to raking.
- Hardox Teeth Rotor – for gathering and raking stones.
- Rear Roller – for leaving a firm seed bed.
All of the wear plates on the three components are made from Hardox 450 steel to guarantee impact toughness and longer wear life, so you can achieve even greater savings.
The three components are also easily adjusted, in either height or angle, giving the attachment real versatility depending on the project or soil condition.
The reaction so far has been very clear that the G-Rake is an innovative attachment that is massively reducing labour costs and stress of the traditional raking and soil conditioning methods.
