The results from Green-tech’s annual survey have been announced and it is great news for the company, with 97% of all respondents saying they would recommend Green-tech.
The survey was sent to all Green-tech’s customers at the end of 2023 and asked for their opinions on their business, from their salespeople and communication to their stock availability, delivery service, and prices.
Green-tech is delighted with the positive responses. Some headline figures include:
Managing Director Kris Nellist comments. “I am incredibly proud of the results and pleased for my team who work hard to offer the best products and service. The survey is sent out to all our customers and for 97% of all respondents to say they would recommend us is incredible and confirmation that we are getting things right. We always endeavour to go the extra mile for our customers and for 82% to say that ‘Green-tech goes above and beyond for their customers compared to other suppliers’ is a real achievement and couldn’t happen without the entire team working in partnership with our suppliers and hauliers.”
Sales Director Richard Gill adds, “The survey results make for great reading and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive with 86% stating that they position Green-tech as a leading supplier in the industry and 97% saying our sales support is good or excellent.
Customers had the opportunity to comment on why they liked working with Green-tech. A selection of comments include:
Part of the Green-tech survey was to gauge customer feelings regarding their order books and businesses as we enter a new year. The results were encouraging with 25% who feel buoyant thinking business will be booming, 56% who feel good and think business will remain as it is, while only 6% feel worried that business may take a downturn and the remaining 13% are neutral.
Kris Nellist concludes, “I always look forward to the results of our annual survey. It’s good to know what we are getting right and useful to know what we can change or improve upon. I am grateful for all the feedback as it enables Green-tech to continue to develop and grow and helps to shape our future plans.”
