The Seko static Bio Chopper Mixer series, equipped with the most advanced technology with slow rotating augers and chopping blades, are particularly suited to industrial sites and production plants that are set up as a production line.
These machines are usually in a fixed position that allows ease of loading and the products removal to be processed further down the line.
The units are supplied with an electric control panel operating a three phase electric motor fixed onto the drive gearbox. This gives both a clean power environment and a quieter operation. This allows for installation’s into covered area’s and work buildings without causing distress to any operators in the area.

This process allows most organic material to be chopped and mixed, if required, resulting in both volume reduction for waste disposal or the production of an end result that can be used in other areas, animal feed, compost etc. With their excellent performance these machines are ideally suited in bio-gas plants, where organic waste and manure are transformed into energy.
Machines can be ordered in different capacities ranging from 5cuM up to 33cuM. These can be fitted with various lengths of discharge conveyer systems, rubber or chain, to suit the customers requirements.
