The new FENCEMATE Sleeper Pins are designed for swift installation and come in a 440mm length. Simply drive the stake into the ground where the sleeper will be placed using a rubber mallet or club hammer with a timber block, to protect the pin’s striking surfaces. Finish by screwing the bracket onto the single or double-layer timber sleeper that you would like to connect.
Birkdale would recommend installing approximately one pin for every one metre along the sleeper run for optimal support.
