The Executive Hire Show (EHS) 2025 is fast approaching, and preparations are well underway following a successful 'Kick-Off' meeting at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
With the event scheduled for February 12th and 13th, excitement is building for this key annual gathering of the plant, tool, and equipment hire industries.
At the 'Kick-Off' meeting, 30 exhibitors joined the EHS team to discuss what’s in store for 2025. Building on the record-breaking success of the 2024 show, which saw 2,145 industry professionals in attendance, EHS 2025 promises even more.
Peter Beach, Managing Director of GenQuip Groundhog and a veteran of all 17 Executive Hire Shows, shared strategies for maximising exhibitor success at EHS. At the same time, Steve McKenzie from the Hire Supply Company updated attendees on the National Visitor Campaign (NVC), which aims to attract hire professionals from across the UK and Ireland.
EHS 2025 will feature an exciting mix of new and returning exhibitors, each bringing fresh innovations to the hire industry. Among the 31 first-time exhibitors are leading brands like XCMG, Makita, Magni Telescopic Handlers, Red Rhino Crushers, Snorkel, and Milwaukee. Returning favourites include Atlas Copco, JCB, Thwaites, and SANY UK & Ireland. With just ten stands remaining and 135 already sold, EHS 2025 is on track to be another sold-out event.

In addition to product showcases, the event will feature the Innovation Trail Live, spotlighting advancements in eco-friendly technologies. The popular evening networking party will return on the first day, welcoming over 500 attendees for a night of connections and conversation—a highlight for many in the industry.
In addition to the main event, this year will feature two regional Road Shows designed to bring hirers together with industry professionals for lively discussions, idea sharing, and networking. These trade-only gatherings, open to hire executives across the UK, offer a chance for passionate hirers to connect with innovative suppliers in a relaxed atmosphere. The Road Shows provide the perfect setting for attendees to benefit from “Special Deals” on tools, equipment, and plant offerings from manufacturers, suppliers, and dealers.
With a new venue in Glasgow for the Scottish Road Show on October 22nd and a return to the Coldra Court Hotel in Newport for the Wales & West Road Show on November 19th, these events promise valuable opportunities for strengthening business relationships and exploring exciting new deals.
