The Association of Professional Landscapers (APL), now in its 30th year is a trade body, promotes the highest level of standards within the industry.
Affiliated to the Horticultural Trades Association, it has excellent links to the whole industry and is able to be a serious voice for support when required.
To become a member, a landscaping business or professional must have been trading for at least two years and go through a rigorous inspection process. A designer must supply references and submit two completed, built projects for assessment by an expert panel. A Professional Gardener will have to have been trading for a minimum of 2 years, provide 4 references and undergo a full inspection of maintenance work. We also have a student membership, that is free to join.

For the show, anyone who submits an Application form for any category of membership to the APL before October 31st will have the joining fee waivered - a saving of £66 + vat.
