Introducing the Marshalls Register Installer Scheme

The Marshalls Register of Accredited Landscape Contractors and Driveway Installers is an established national network of independent professional installers, verified annually by Marshalls for over 20 years. The Marshalls Register provides homeowners with the means to locate an approved installer who will execute their project to the best standard. Every year, more than 65,000 homeowners rely on the Marshalls Register to find an accredited contractor.

For industry professionals, this program offers an array of benefits, including sales leads from Marshalls, additional on-site training, access to complimentary design services, personalised brochures, marketing assistance, and product and installation guarantees. Members can also accumulate points through a reward scheme on purchases of Marshalls products, which can be redeemed for both business-related and personal rewards.

To ensure customers receive the highest levels of quality, installers undergo annual assessments of their work. Upon joining the Marshalls Register, the installer's skills and competence are evaluated, followed by regular assessments to ensure the maintenance of high standards. The assessment process is straightforward, with assessors reviewing the exhibited skills at every stage of the installation, as well as considering the overall aesthetics, approach to health and safety, and customer satisfaction. Installers who meet the required standard are included in the Marshalls Register, and their information becomes accessible to homeowners searching for local approved installers on the Marshalls website.

Annual Landscape Awards

Marshalls Register members can enter their finest work into the prestigious national Marshalls Register Awards, which acknowledge and celebrate professionals for their exceptional skills and high-quality craftsmanship. The award categories include Best Engineering Achievement, Most Creative Use of Marshalls Product, Best Project by a New Entrant, and the highly sought-after Contractor of the Year Award. The national winners are selected through a voting process among Marshalls Register members, and the contractor crowned Contractor of the Year receives the grand prize, which has previously been a pickup truck.

In March of this year, Marshalls organised a series of regional Roadshows across the country, spanning from Glasgow to Exeter. These events provided local installers with the opportunity to meet the Marshalls team and gain insights into the extensive range of products and services offered. The Roadshows also featured regional award ceremonies, honouring the exceptional work of Marshalls Register members in each respective area. With over 500 attendees, the events were well-received, and customers provided excellent feedback, expressing their appreciation for the chance to view new products and engage with individuals in person.
