STIGA has officially launched the APX PRO, an advanced autonomous mowing robot engineered specifically for professional use across expansive, urban landscapes measuring up to 27,000 m².
This breakthrough model has already earned industry acclaim, winning the Innovation Award for Best Grass Cutting Equipment for its cutting-edge design, intelligent features, and robust performance.
Developed to address the growing demand for efficient and sustainable grounds maintenance, the APX PRO combines powerful hardware with next-generation automation. Its 360 Degrees Turn Drive enables agile movement through pivot wheels and a rocker platform, ensuring smooth navigation even in complex environments.

The robot is powered by six removable 40Ah batteries, allowing professionals to cover vast areas on a single set while retaining the option to extend runtime with additional batteries.
The APX PRO excels in adaptability thanks to its AI Terrain Adaptation system, which integrates LIDAR, ultrasonic sensors and an onboard camera to detect obstacles and adjust its route instantly. Its Adaptive r-Combi 110 cutting deck provides precise, electric height adjustment ranging from 20 mm to 95 mm, delivering a consistent finish across varying grass conditions. Built for durability and mobility, the robot features IP65-rated components housed within a rugged, compact, trailer-made chassis.
The introduction of the APX PRO marks a significant milestone as STIGA officially enters the professional market, a natural progression for a company backed by more than 90 years of expertise and a strong legacy in advancing electric gardening solutions. During the show, visitors witnessed live demonstrations of STIGA’s expanding professional lineup, including the award-winning APX PRO, the all-electric STIGA ePark Pro front mower and the new ePowerBattery Pro.
With the APX PRO, STIGA sets a new benchmark for large-format robotic mowing, offering professionals a smarter, cleaner and more efficient way to maintain the green spaces of tomorrow.
